Smallgod’s Latest Album ‘Bridging The Gap ’ Cements His Status As An Afrobeat Legend.

The Ghanaian native and CEO of Smallworld Records, whose two decades-long career spans the creative, fashion and music industries, is ready to take the world by storm with his greatest work of art yet.  

The music entrepreneur and artist has successfully been able to integrate different distinct sounds from genres ranging from Afrobeat, Drill, Alte, Hip-hop, Fuji, and Reggae, into creating an unbeatable sound, that is his own.

This is not the first time Smallgod has ventured into music. With his ambitious drive and impressive expertise in artist management, fashion and music entrepreneurship, he leaped into Africa's burgeoning music scene with his first ever music album Building Bridges

The album, which was released in 2021, featured a talented plethora of African artists including Tiwa Savage, Shatta Wale, R2bees, Eugy and Eddie Kadi. Soon after the success of ‘Building Bridges’ Smallgod released his second acclaimed music album Connecting The Dots a year later. Just like its predecessor, the album featured the biggest African artists on the planet including Wizkid.

In a bid to further export the unique African sound and culture, Smallgod makes another bold statement by releasing  his forthcoming album ‘Bridging the Gap’ in March 2024. The album is clearly a representation of his diverse cultural upbringing which is represented through electrifying songs including; All my days, Hallelujah and Addicted. Once again, he has collaborated with a vibrant mix of renowned artists including Lojay and Odumodublvck. 

With huge success in recent hit singles such as Automatic and Kusuu remix, there is no stopping Smallgod’s quest to ensure African talents are seen, heard and celebrated.

Aside from his music career, Smallgod’s reputation as a party king and industry game changer. He has also earned the respect of being a first person contact for entertainers coming into his home country Ghana, tagging him the ‘President of Accra’. Smallgod’s impeccable fashion sense has earned him collaborations with notable brands including Netherlands based fashion brand Daily Paper, Steelo and Free the Youth
